These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, website, and content provided by AfliFitness ("we," "us," or "our"), a fitness coaching business operating in the United Arab Emirates. By engaging with our services, visiting our website at https://app418.afliweb.com, or contacting us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
**1. Acceptance of Terms**
By purchasing any product, booking a coaching session, attending a class, or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all users, including clients, visitors, and participants. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the latest version will always be posted on our website with the effective date above. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
**2. Services Offered**
AfliFitness provides performance coaching, fitness training programs, nutritional guidance, and game-day energy solutions across the UAE. Our services may be delivered in person at our location in Sports City, Dubai, or virtually through digital platforms. Specific program details, durations, and deliverables will be outlined in your individual service agreement or booking confirmation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion, with reasonable notice where practicable.
**3. Payments and Refunds**
All fees for coaching programs, sessions, and products must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are accepted via the methods specified on our website or during booking. Prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and may include applicable taxes. Refunds are only available under the following conditions: (a) if we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or credit for that session; (b) if you cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may receive a credit toward a future session; (c) cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. No refunds are provided for partially completed programs or digital products once accessed. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@Fitnesssports.ae.
**4. User Responsibilities**
You agree to provide accurate health and fitness information prior to starting any program. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit to participate in exercise activities and should consult a physician if you have any medical concerns. You must follow all safety instructions given by our coaches and use equipment responsibly. You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use our content for any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
**5. Intellectual Property**
All content provided by AfliFitness, including training plans, videos, articles, logos, and branding, is our exclusive intellectual property and is protected under UAE law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any of our materials without prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our content solely for your personal fitness purposes.
**6. Limitation of Liability**
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfliFitness, its coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your failure to follow instructions or from pre-existing medical conditions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under UAE law.
**7. Governing Law**
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
